Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, receipt, or order confirmation is required.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, storage, or installation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-cut or specially ordered stone products
- Customized Himalayan Salt Tiles or panels
- Clearance, discounted, or sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper installation or handling
- Products showing signs of use, modification, or alteration
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing globalsauna27@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank for additional information regarding pending refunds.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value stone products.
- Global Sauna Stone is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Natural Stone Product Disclaimer
As our products are made from natural materials, variations in color, texture, veining, size, and appearance are normal characteristics of natural stone and Himalayan salt products. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.
